Can I please be allowed to upgrade? I keep trying to upgrade but the app forbids it.

Sorry for the inconvenience! To upgrade, please download the new CKiss app first by accessing this link on your iPhone:

Or, go to Apple App Store, search ‘ckiss’ to find our new app.

After getting the new one, please log in to the app with your current account information. Then, click ‘Upgrade’ in the Left Navigation Bar.

You still can check your profile visitors and current messages on this new app. You can confirm this first, if the new app works well, you have to delete the old one. We will not update the old app.

How do I delete my profile?

To delete your profile, please go to ‘Settings’, then click on ‘Account Change’. To choose ‘Delete account’, you have click on ‘Hold account’ first.

Please note: Once your account is deleted, all messages, contacts, and photos will permanently be deleted and cannot be retrieved.

How do I deactivate my profile?

To deactivate your profile, please go to ‘Settings’, then click on ‘Account Change’.

Please note: Once your account is placed on ‘Hold’ status, others will not be able to contact you. However, you can release your account from ‘Hold’ status and reactivate it at any time.

How do I turn off my auto-renewal or cancel?

Sorry! We are unable to stop your payment auto-renewal directly. Please follow these steps to turn off your auto-renewal on your iPhone:

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone

2. Tap on iTunes & App Store

3. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen

4. Tap View Apple ID from the pop-up menu

5. When prompted, enter your password, and then tap OK

6. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage

7. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to modify

8. Turn the auto-renewal option to Off

9. Tap Turn off on the pop-up to save your changes

How do I get a refund?

We are unable to refund your payment directly. Please follow these steps to contact the Apple App Store to get a refund.

1. Go to Apple’s problem reports page: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

2. Log in with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password

3. Select the appropriate tab – all, music, movies, TV shows, apps, or books.

4. Select ‘Report a Problem’ to the right of the purchase you want a refund for.

5. Click on ‘Choose Problem’ and select your problem from the menu.

6. Enter details about your problem and then click ‘Submit.’
